German Sustainability-as-a-Service innovator ecolytiq has agreed to be acquired by Clarity AI. The company helps financial institutions, public organizations, and individuals boost sustainability by calculating the environmental impacts of payment transactions.
Terms of the acquisition were not immediately available. As part of the acquisition, Visa—which has had a longstanding strategic partnership with ecolytiq—has become an investor and strategic partner of Clarity AI.
